These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RNR ROOMS website at https://www.rnrrooms.com, including its public pages, content, contact channels, and lead-intake forms. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

RNR ROOMS ("RNR", "we", "us", or "our") is a Bangladesh-based B2B accommodation distribution business. If you use RNR services as a hotel, buyer, connectivity partner, or other commercial partner, a separate written agreement may apply and will control where it conflicts with these website Terms.

The website describes RNR's distribution model, hotel onboarding, buyer connectivity, technology, and support channels. It is not itself a booking engine, API contract, hotel listing agreement, buyer agreement, payment agreement, settlement statement, service-level agreement, or data-processing agreement.

Submitting a contact, hotel listing, or buyer API-access form does not guarantee acceptance, onboarding, API access, inventory, availability, booking confirmation, payment timing, or commercial terms. We use the information to review and respond to the request. We aim to respond within one business day, but this is a communication target rather than a contractual service level.

You may use the website only for lawful business, research, and communication purposes. You must provide accurate information when submitting a form and must have authority to act for any business or organization you identify.

You must not:

• use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, or mislead RNR;
• submit spam, malicious code, or intentionally false form data;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with, overload, probe, scan, or disrupt the website or its providers;

Information submitted through a form may be reviewed by RNR sales, technical, onboarding, or operations personnel and delivered by email through Amazon SES. We may decline, limit, or ignore a submission that appears automated, abusive, incomplete, or outside our service scope.

A form submission does not create a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, exclusivity, or other relationship unless RNR and the relevant party agree in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, RNR ROOMS name and marks, logos, page design, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to RNR. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may view and share ordinary links to public pages for lawful internal business or informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, create derivative works from, or use RNR marks commercially without prior written permission.

The website may link to or interact with third-party services, including WhatsApp, social networks, email systems, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. RNR does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any page, form, content, contact method, or website feature at any time. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, or error-free.
