What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect only what you type: property or company details, a contact name, and a contact channel (WhatsApp number or work email). If GA4 is enabled for this deployment, we also measure non-identifying events such as a successful form submission or a WhatsApp link click. Those events contain a form or link source, never the details you entered. We do not use analytics for advertising.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only when the optionalNEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID setting is configured. Google receives anonymized usage measurement with advertising storage, advertising personalization, and advertising user data disabled. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your request — onboarding a property or setting up buyer connectivity. Submissions trigger transactional email delivered via Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which acts as our email subprocessor.

Retention

Form submissions are sent to our operations mailbox and retained according to that mailbox's retention policy and business need. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us; we will locate and remove the relevant operations record where possible.

To access, correct, or delete your data, email booking@rnrrooms.com. We respond within 30 days.
